1. If player having full time :- then go for :In Morning :-10 min proper Warmup+1hr personal Coaching+ 30 min Self practice+20 min Cooling Down, in Evening:- 10 min Warmup+1 hr personal + 1 hr Group+20 min Cooling Down.
2. If player having short time(3 hr) (but want to represent India): Then go for Morning:- 1hr Personal Coaching , Evening:-1hr Personal Coaching+1 hr Group Coaching.
3. If player having Medium Time(2 hr)(but want to represent India):- Then go for:-1hr Personal Coaching +1 hr Group Coaching.

3. Personal Coaching in Private Clubs:- 1500 to 4500(differ due to Coach Caliber)Per/hour or per/session
